  Being new to the area, this was our first taste of a hair salon. The staff that answers the phone, as well greeted us, were kinda on the rude side. My teen daughters hair cut was NOT what she wanted. Not kidding...the cut took less than 15 minutes! She was very unhappy, so I called back after we got home to try to go back. Again, greeted with unfriendliness on the phone. Decided to not even go back. My first clue should have been an empty salon a Saturday morning!
